SATI: 770 verbal. 760 Math
SATII: 740 Bio, 730 math, 630 Verbal (I suck)
ACT: 27 and then 28.
EC: Started a quiz bowl club. I've participated in some other odd clubs. Did stage crew my senior year. (built sets for plays).</p>
<p>the reason I think I was waitlisted was because I applied so late. oh well, there's no way I'm going. I apologize if i got in the way of someone who wanted to go the humanities school (I doubt anyone did).</p>
<p>im getting scared that my online account doesnt say anything about my decision being sent. Does that mean they send all the acceptances first and later sending the rejections? Everyone seems like they are getting accepted. Whats the deal?</p>

<p>that is rude to say about the Humanities school. Although Carnegie Mellon is not distinctly known for this school, the English and Creative Writing programs are prestigious and are excellent as double majors. Do not be bitter because you only got accepted there and say that you doubt anyone did want to enroll there.</p>
<p>I'm sorry about your being waitlisted and rejected from the other schools you applied to.</p>

<p>On a different matter, has any not received his Admission ID? I have not, and I e-mailed the admissions office twice. I still cannot access my account online, which bothers me. I want to know if I got in; I already heard from one college, so it is not fo the utmost importance that I get in, but I want closure!</p>
<p>Also, can anyone describe the quality of the program that combines the core from HSS and from CMS? (Its name escapes me.)</p>

<p>Good point, joshjmgs. Most people would be reluctant to tell everyone when they've gotten rejected. I'm sure there have been some rejections out there.</p>

<p>Dorm rooms are assigned based on the date/time your deposit was received. So if you are picky about your dorm and want a good shot at your first choice don't delay too long.</p>

<p>I haven't gotten a letter yet. My decision was posted online...they said they sent my letter on March 21st. I was accepted into HSS! Good luck xaguamelonx!</p>
