Thank you Mr. Swope for teaching, God for giving me a brain, and Glenco-McGraw Hill’s 5 Steps to a 5!

I kind of thought my essays could have been waaay better; they seemed to be lacking in real analysis to me, but then again, I am my toughest critic!

I got a 4. I know it must have been that DBQ too.
Freaking’ slavery. I figured it was too broad so I didn’t practice it as much as I practiced Gilded Age, or Jacksonian v Jeffersonian Democracy…

I got a 4. I feel like **** cause I wanted a 5. I feel ashamed because I had an amazing teacher, I crammed and still… I didn’t get a 5. Life is hell right now.

5.
Even after I intentionally put in disinformation into my DBQ such as “Most people did not come from Africa as originally thought but from Madagascar,” and “Madagascar closed its gates in response to the 1700s smallpox epidemic in North America.”

I got a 5. I came out of the testing room feeling pretty confident about the test. A year prior to the test, I would have never thought I would’ve gotten a 5. History is by far my worst subject. I guess reading the entirety of AMSCO for the second time the day before the test (yes all 650 pages) helped =D

hah, misterwang, I remember looking at sample APUSH questions online last summer and not believing that I would ever, ever have that depth of knowledge [history’s always been my worst subject]. Even at the time I was taking the test in May I was amazed at how much I had pushed myself and how much I had actually learned.

Got a four. Owe most of it to my amazing teacher and the REA prep book. The practice tests had almost identical questions as the actual test. Kind of hoped for a five, but not complaining considering my teach said only a dozen of his students have ever gotten above 2s and 3s. Sounds like everyone here dominated. Good job!

i have been sooooo nervous about my grade on this test but i finally got my score today and I am very very pleased to say I got a 4!!! So I get my credit at Texas A&M and save my parents $$$.
