Hello everyone. I spoke to an admissions officer today and she told me that they will have admissions decisions to be released on April 19th, but on a rolling basis. So we should all know by Monday the 21 st. But on Saturday is when most will come out.

@GreatestTheā
Oh, yeah, meant to say tomorrow in that last post, lol.

Itās 5:30, so yeah, theyāre definitely closed now.

@greenboi28ā thx ā¦but on a rolling basis. I fricken hate that. I donāt know why they just donāt pick a day, let us know the date and then release all on that date. Itās not like they havenāt done this decision release thing before. Ahhhh. So on Saturdayā¦ So weird since other schools only seem to release during the week, Iāll take it if its this wknd. Thx for the info!! Iām anxious to get housing somewhere and hopefully in my sorority before everything is taken.

Rolling basis sucks!

Glad to hear itās going to be this weekend thoughā¦well at least I hope itās going to be.

Iām really excited. Iāll be incredibly bummed if Iām rejected.

How did you contact them? On the admissions site at https://www.admissions.ucla.edu

or did you login into your application to see the decision then go to contact us?

Rolling bases over a couple of days is fine. What sucks is what UCSD is doing

@RamonaFallsā

Itāll be a sad day for everyone if UCLA somehow manages to release decisions before UCSD does.

I wonder if theyāre rolling so their site doesnāt crash.

@cayton I never asked what your major and stats are

@HopefullyUCI Hmm Iām not too sure, does it make a difference? They took like a week to reply.

ROLLLL-LING? :(( :((. :((. :((

@lindyk8ā I bet they like that out of state tuition, but my parents live in California, so I get in-state! Woot woot!

You know how many times ppl are going to be checking the portal over and over? :((

@hopefulhunnyā

Yeah, it does. Did the page have only 4 or 5 button to click on for the subject? Or did you type the subject out?

Also in the bottom in the original email, did it have:
"
To: UCLA Undergraduate Admissions - Applicants
Subject: Online Submission: Applying as a transfer
"

Or something else

@GreatestTheā

Iām a philosophy major with a 3.83 GPA. Iām TAP-certified, so I think this will be a slam dunk for me. :)

Iām happy that it appears the admission notices will come out on Saturday but I kind of hope if they call applicants they call afterwards because I have a thing to go to on Saturday

Either way, I am sure I will figure out how to check my UCLA portal every once and a while (since my lovely flip phone from the 90s does not get internet, I am sure it will be a slight challenge).

Good luck to everyone! :D

I wish I had your confidence @Caytonā

@ale2194ā

Whatās your major and GPA?

@HopefullyUCIā this is what it had:

To: UCLA Undergraduate Admissions - Applicants
Subject: Online Submission: Transfer coursework changes

@Cayton

Anthropology B.A. (I want to change it to B.S. if I get accepted) with a 3.86 overall GPA and a 3.50 major GPA. Though this GPA is only comprised from 7 courses since a lot of the units I have are made of AP creditā¦
