*The Official June 2012 Sat II Math Level 2 Thread*

Aw, I’m sorry Goodjobbro :(:frowning:

Ohhhhhhhhh, 50 was the one about the disk in space? Yeah, I got 986, which was…B?

@infrap0ds yay! Same

for me the test was relatively easy so probably an 800 for me but curve wise, there were some tricky questions so I’ll predict a 43 is good enough for an 800.

Was it 2sin(theta) for the triangle in the circle

yup that’s what i got

and what did u guys get for the problem with the angle between two slopes 9 somethins??

I got 9.2 degrees.

you subtract the angle of 2/5 from the angle of 3/5 and get ~9 degrees

infrapr0ds: maybe I’m remembering incorrectly, but I thought the slopes were 2/5 and 3/5. Also, I believe you would use inverse tangent instead of sine.

-1/3 for a y intercept question? (with t’s) and -1/pi for a slope one?

@0polo0 yup for both

yeah I got 9.2 as well, I used tan though… And what did you get for the lnx=e^-x… Thats the only problem I left out

@kestrel 24 yeah you’re right i misremembered the question, i forget if i used sin or tan during the test

dang, I got 49 and 50 both wrong… Lol … I put c for 50 .
how about 47 and 48 ?

what did you guys get for the domain being {1,2}?

@0polo0 I think so, yeah

@ozonick i got .27

for the domain it was
{1,2,3}

i think i put 0? its probably wrong but i actually plugged in all the answers and none of them came out as equal

and the one with the absolute values and the a’s and b’s? that one confused me

I think I said 1/pi not negative?

i got -1/pi and for the absolute value one i think i got it equaled b
