The official list of schools where Goldman actively recruits at

I got a word document of where GS recruits, with the recruiters' names and contact infos for each of the target schools. It's directly sent from GS, so it's fairly credible, I think.

and it says at the botton "if your school isn't there, contact this xxxxx person via......"

is this list for undergrad or MBA?

undergrad.

Hey how do u pronounce 'Sachs', is it like "socks" or "sacks"?

sacks.

Go Texas!!!

Lol, U of Puerto Rico, I might want to check out that school.

You need to keep in mind that a number of those places are recruited for back office positions, not the banking and S&T divisions. I believe Lehman has a website where you can type in your school and it tells you which department they recruit for at the particular school. Banks typically have similar hiring practices so that should give one a better idea.

it's no Lehman, it's JPMorgan.

it's true that some of these places = back office. However, this list gives people a general idea, you know. At least it't official.

Actually it's Lehman:

<a href="http://www.lehman.com/careers/americas/rec_school.shtml?nav1=rc&nav2=School%20Contacts&nav3=&nav4=%5B/url%5D">http://www.lehman.com/careers/americas/rec_school.shtml?nav1=rc&nav2=School%20Contacts&nav3=&nav4=</a></p>

both lehman and JPMorgan.

:)
