<p>Although the USPS doesn't deliver on Sundays, I believe that it may still be transporting mail today. As I recall, to handle extra volume, the Postal Service moves mail on Sundays in the two weeks preceding Christmas. This is speculation, though - I'm not sure.</p>

<p>yeah stressedoutsenior keep in mind it is the holiday season now and there is TONS of mail. I was at the post office yesterday and had to wait for 30 mins. So mail takes way longer.</p>

<p>Why cant it just come on Wednesday, or at least on specific date?? I hate all this "surprise surprise" business. I wanna be mentally prepared to handle judgement day, lol, and I don't think I can do that if I don't know what day to mentally prepare myself for, if that makes any sense at all. ok i'm done ranting. glad to have gotten that out of my system... =)</p>

<p>yesterday, i got my acceptance in the mail. i was soooo excited, and it was this huge envelope and i jumped around for like half an hour and screamed and everything. and i tore it open and it had all the stuff that Bri showed in those pictures. i like called up all my friends, and we all spent a good amount of time screaming, and life was so good. and then i woke up.</p>
<p>worst dream, EVER. the disappointment when i came to my senses was killer...</p>
<p>usually when i dream about things, they never come true. oh darn.</p>
<p>anyone else stressed out about tomorrow? ok, retarded question. now, to stay on topic, i think the mail will get everywhere including the east coast by tomorrow. today i bought tons of consolation food (hot chocolate, whipped cream, marshmallows, ice cream, candy, etc) to prepare for tomorrow, in which i will become a very vocal member of the "I hate stanford" camp. ok, now i'm rambling. ok, bye everybody. as a last word of comfort, even if you are rejected, there is always Harvard. and chocolate.</p>
