@darkangel: I don’t think you should do that… if you’re making a portfolio (for art, I presume) just for college then I wouldn’t send it in, since anything you do in the last few days of december to meet the deadline would surely not be a good indicator of your artistic ablities. IF, however, you think that your work is still good enough, and you can also send in your portfolio by the end of December, then I think you should go ahead. Sending anything in January would be a bad idea.

@Juggernaut: Was the MIT walaa banda a US citizen or a green card holder? I don’t think you can apply to MIT EA if you aren’t a US citizen.

not true about caltech

@tango91: So, I’m inclined to presume that you’re from KGS. If so, would you care to elaborate on their early acceptances - or if not, deferrals/rejections?

@Inert101: Being the cynic that I am, I too doubted that when I first heard it. But, the source is good - I’m still not a hundred percent certain though. Maybe desi000 would like to confirm.

Wait, my curiosity got the better of me and I was inclined to go back and check tango91’s one other post. Seems as if the poster’s a parent - presumably a KGS parent.

I feel like quite the detective. I knew there were lots of silent readers on here.
