<p>that's not very nice. You should put your rejection into perspective. Everything happens for a reason. Destiny doesn't close one door without opening another. I hope you feel better. When I received my Harvard deferral, it hit me really hard because that was the first time in my life I was ever disappointed within the academia realm. I always go after what I want. I always get what I want through persistence, determination, add a fusion of fate and luck. But with college, it's a different ballgame. What happens in the next month and a half should be kept in perspective. And please don't take your resentment out on admission officers. They already have a hard job as it is.</p>
