Anybody got the statistics for deferrals. How many got deferred? Out of that, how many got accepted subsequently in the prior years?

can anyone tell me what this wiki is everybody is talking about?
i applied RD and id really like to know if i can find stuff out there

On the deferral letter they say that 10% of deferrees get accepted in the RD round. Eh, I'm not betting on getting in. If I were you, I'd work on other applications.

General Comments: I am so happy! Stanford is an awesome school and I still cannot believe I got in! I also applied to Harvard and Yale but this is only because I might get homesick/westcoastophobia, however you like to call it. I will miss a lot of friends and family here in Boston but I am really looking forward to the next four years. It'll be an adventure. To those deferred, always have hope. To those rejected, it's not the end of the world. It's Stanford's loss, not yours. There are many good schools out there so keep an open mind.

P.S. I don't understand HTML. sorry.
