Pre-College Issues High School Life

<p>dude. jrs have like a 5 page thread floating on here. sophmores have a 3 page thread. and us seniors, we have NOTHING!</p>

<p>so here we go a thread for the too-cool-for-school seniors. 3 cheers for '08!</p>

<p>counting the days till:
Prom
Century Day
Senior Citizen Day (haha!)
Homecoming
Acceptance letters from our first choice colleges
Brinking on the edge of insanity during the first semester due to college aps, ECs, and AP classes, then kicking back and chillaxing second semester (while laughing at all the jrs who are studying their brains out for AP tests and SATs)</p>

<p>and, best of all:
writing cheesy things in underclassman's yearbooks (like, "enjoy high school while you can, it goes by fast") then getting the heck OUT and crying our eyes out at graduation.</p>

<p>I believe I'm one of three people in the world who isn't at all excited/nervous/apprehensive about senior year. I just want it to be done with. High school is tedious.</p>

<p>I don't really think high school is very important at all. Your real education occurs during college.</p>

<p>i agree.... all of these different high school events just don't appeal to me (not that they really have any other year) i just want to be accepted some place and move on with my life</p>

forget your dream schools and any other top 20 school
