<p>Now that decisions are out, congratulations to every single one of us. I'm sure the majority are lucky enough to have been accepted to at least one of the schools they applied to.</p>

<p>No matter which University of California you end up attending, you will receive a very fine education. Don't forget that it's just the beginning. Never give up when things get difficult, focus on your work, learn as much as possible, meet new people, make the most of your time, play when you can, and get that degree!!!</p>

<p>So…who’s decided where he/she will be going next fall (or spring if applicable).</p>

<p>Where were you accepted and where are you going icon? </p>

<p>I was accepted everywhere. I was 100% sure i would get rejected from cal, and never even considered the possibility; i was amped for UCLA (it was my dream since the beginning).</p>

<p>How can any engineer who gets into UCB turn it down for ANY school? I mean, its undergrad engineering program is ranked number two in the nation (according to US news). It’s like MIT, then Berkeley, then Caltech, then Stanford.</p>

<p>Edit: My father made the point that it’s one of the top engineering school in the WORLD. Think about that. I know no one up there, and I’ve never visited the campus–but how can you pass this up? Even if i hated the campus and the weather, opportunities like this don’t arise for most people.</p>

you echo my exact sentiments. I’m sitting here right now, puzzled, furious at myself, disgusted at myself for putting myself in this paralyzing euphoric situation.</p>

<p>Wow officespace, that is quite an achievement. Gratz on being accepted to EECS at Cal.</p>

<p>I didn’t apply to Berk since they didn’t have what I wanted in terms of curriculum. Anyway, I’ll be going to UCLA in the fall as a EE major.</p>

<p>I’m in the same situation…got into my 3 top choices for mechanical engineering (ucla, usc, ucb for spring 09) and ucla has always been a dream too…actually i was going to change my major to aerospace but they dont have it at berkeley…i really dont know where to go..</p>
