I will write about a "Table".How the table is important to me: In Africa my family and I were in a war and so we hide underneath the table from the bombs. Now, since I am in the USA for many years, don’t know exact number... but anyways, now my parents uses it to talk about bills and how will survive for next day.

So the essay will be a contrast of the use of a table in two different countries and different situations.

come on , posting it once is enough...

sorry, no one answered

even with URM, I highly doubt you could get in with a 1200 SAT because OOS URM is harder than in-state URM but I could be wrong(referring to race64), and how do you plan on going from top 50% of your class to top 25% of your class in a semester? this is assuming you are a rising senior....

Michiganstate you should pretty much get in unless you get screwed over, or you make a mistake on your application or apply late

whedongirl you are in, sonista you have a really good chance

pianista, seriously with a 2360 SAT and a 3.92 Unweighted GPA unless you are in love with Michigan I would recommend you go for ivy league/top 15 school those stats are amazing

Really? You would recommend skipping over Michigan and apply only to Ivy League/top 15 for engineering?

It is preety easy to move up because of my classes. By the way, I had a 1200 than now I have a 1800 (the arrow shows the change).

oh sorry I didn't read that he/she was going into Engineering, in that case definitely go with Michigan and Illinois Urbana Champaign, along with MIT, Cornell, Cal Tech, Berkeley, Carnegie Melon the traditional engineering schools

im putting mine down again because my post was directly before somone else so i got no replies (sorry).
