has anyone heard anything yet?? I am stressing out - is it really going to take until april 1?

AFTER april 1. hahah the guy said that they would be mailing them ON april 1!

haha omg i know!! depending on how fast you get mail you wont hear until a few days AFTER april 1st…eek!

my interview went well. i had three people. haha they asked some strange curveball questions, but for the most part were really nice.

man i hate this waiting process =/

Omg i got in!! Got my letter today! =d

Congrats to everyone who got in! I know a few people who are getting letters, so keep an eye out in the mail!

=O but its not april 1st yet!

WHAT. they mailed them out already!??!!?

good luck to everyone!

I just got my letter today, too! I live in Los Angeles, so that’s probably why I got it quickly…?

Good luck to everyone!

Hey,

Just a quick question for those who just found out that they have been admitted because I haven’t gotten the mail yet.

If you log onto OASIS and scroll to the bottom, does your academic program specify that you are in BA/MD?

because if it does, then I know that I didn’t get in…

lawlzatyou

what do you mean by OASIS?

how do i access that?

Does anyone know how difficult it is to stay in the program? (i.e. meeting the GPA and MCAT requirements?)

in terms of GPA all they said was maintaining a 3.3 in pre-med classes and getting an average score on the MCATS (27-29)…

that’s incredibly lenient =]

So, how was the interview? What questions were asked?/

hey!

for those of you admitted to the program, we made a BAC/MD class of 2013 group on facebook to get to know one another =D

BE HARSH, any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I am a person who doesn’t have much medical background other than volunteering at a hospital.

Most of who I am revolves around Politics [Debate and Business]

I am a person who strives to become the best I can be…
I work hard, am dedicated, and love to challenge myself.

But How can I set myself apart from other applicant to get admission?

The way I describe myself seems to be the way everyone describes themselves…how can i be “different” enough to get into usc’s bacc md?

gambitx92.

you’re standardized test scores are AMAZING, including APs, however your GPA falls a tad bit short. but then again…don’t worry because your test scores make up for that. i think you should focus more on enhancing who are you are and your personality.

the hell? not to be mean but a 2130 is a garbage score in the top tier bs/md game. your activities are good though. usc ba/md likes well rounded people a lot more than any other program out there and you definitely got that.
