The Official Waiting for June 4 SAT I Scores Thread

Almost done with the essay.

I'm still here. I guess I'm here for the duration, because I don't think I'll be capable of sleep until I get my scores. (I wonder what percentage of people who say they will stay up until the scores are released actually do so.)

Yeah, my parents said i was crazy and that I would fall asleep. But I can't, so here I am.

I'm awake. But then, it's 4:07 PM here, so it'd be pretty strange if I'm not...

I imagine it starts off with a large number, then gradually falls off until a tough core of people hang tight all the way to the bitter end. After a certain point, you don't want to have wasted all this time for nothing. I bet someone could make a nice calculus problem out of it if...oh gosh please no. Being up too late seems to do strange things to people.

You are stronger.

lol, Sigh, in my sleep/happiness deprived world of pre-SAT scores, you made me laugh. and yes, vig, I don't want all this to be for nothing....

Before my mom went to bed she told me that I was not allowed to make any loud exclamations whichever way my score turned out; she informed me that she intends to get a good night's sleep after all the work she did yesterday. So, how long after the scores become available will you be able to tell a "real person" instead of someone on the internet? (I'm presuming you will share your score with us) Who is the first "real" person you will tell.

^_^x

(ten characters)

I hope you will get a great score.

i...give...up....

gg

I used to go to bed at 5am and wake up at 6:30am. Today is kinda special so I think I will wait til 6am. If my score is not thaere, I will go to sleep then

now it's 4:14am....

good night. chochocho

lol, shadow, I'm not telling anyone I actually know. my best friend and I are the only ones in my town who took it that really prepared (well, the third signed up before she realized it ended 1.5 hrs b4 her dad's wedding) so obviously I can't tell a bunch off ppl who didn't prepare how well i did (in theory). And my best friend and I have made a pact not to tell. We did the same thing for may SAT IIs and it lasted about a week. Since we're going to the same summer camp, I will probably tell her sometime then. In like a month.

EDIT: Sorry, I forgot my parents. I will tell them. and they will tell everyone. b/c in KY no one knows what a good score is on SAT, they only know ACT.

I probably won't tell anybody. I might tell my friends, but that would be over MSN Messenger so...

Heh all you juniors are great. I checked my SAT I scores a few days in advance but never stayed up the whole night to it and seemed to have missed out on an interesting experience, so I'm glad I get to do it now even if it's just for testing out of my language credit.

Good luck to all! The vigil continues...

Yeah I just realized that this thread has two purposes for me.
1. Keeps me awake (if not lucid)
2. Raises my post count YEAH! lol

Also I feel like I know y'all. Which is actually kind of amusing. And weird. So I guess 3. Sense of community with other people with nothing else to do sunday night.

Exactly, ky. Btw, any of you all need college advice/information? I didn't spend way too many hours searching everywhere for college info just to have it go to waste.

how much time to go????????
