<p>Having officially ETS’d from the Army a whole four days ago, I was doing some online research and this caught my eye. Am I reading this right? In-state tuition at any Ohio Public university for vets while also waiving aside the 1 year requirement that you normally must have to even be considered for residency. That’s looks freaking awesome and if there’s no catch OSU just went to the top of my list. But for those Ohio residents, is there a catch?</p>

I got accepted when I got out a few years ago but I decided to work overseas to build a nest egg so I don’t have to work during school.
