What do you mean us guys aren't abecrombie models? I am most definitely an abecrombie model... ok, so its for the big and tall section... ok so maybe just big not tall... ok, so im dreaming... lol :)

Wow.

Suddenly I want to go to MIT.

:p

EDIT: And speaking of Abercrombie models, I could so do it (for Abercrombie Astrophysics). ~insert cool guy emoticon here~

haha integrals in bed... good one molliebatmit. do people really do that??

sure, I had a cute boy in my bed twice a week talking about integrals.

that's where we liked to do our 18.02 homework.

Ann on the MIT blogs is pretty I think...

"i wish i could be your first derivative so i could be tangent to your curves"

nothing like the good old precalc sex jokes

Actually, I think that Mollie on the MIT blogs is fairly pretty.....wish she were on this forum!

:p jk of course (Mollie that's you, right?)

Haha, that would be me. :blushes:

As for the talking about calculus in bed... I will go so far as to say that was a recent conversation topic between me and the hot sexy MIT boyfriend, that we were actually "in bed" in the "wink wink" sense, and that it was really funny. Further than that... my lips are zipped. ;)

Beauty is, as always, in the eye of the beholder, and rest assured that no matter how drop-dead gorgeous you are or are not, there will be people hotter than you and less hot than you at MIT.

Not true, actually. Any beholder would find me more attractive than any other MIT student. I mean, not to be cocky or anything (well....), I'm just saying...

As for the talking about calculus in bed... Last I checked, this was a family message board. I think we should just not ask. When you're a grad student at Caltech next year, you can tell all the undergrad freshies who will be wide-eyed seeing a girl on campus.

"And, if you feel like it, being able to talk about integrals in bed."

cool. :D

guitarmanars thinks hes fine? hmmm
maybe id be in a similar situation... make your own judgement... i have a myspace link... yeah i got talked into having one :-/
is there any way we can see pictures of these people??

orientation videos?

snowgirl, I assure you (most of) my arrogance is purely meant in jest :p I honestly have no idea how fine I am :(

Although I'd imagine I'm still pretty fine. I mean, I just can't judge particularly well.

guitar- i was joking... confidence is good... as long as its not overconfidence.
thanks pebbles.
btw is it true that pretty girls are treated like gods on campus?? just an interesting rumor i heard.

it seems like pretty girls are treated like gods everywhere...

how low are the standards at mit compared to... i dont know?

Snowgirl, that's definitely true at Caltech, from what I've heard. Probably less true at MIT but more true than at your average college campus. Although I know some SERIOUSLY pretty girls who have gone to MIT and seen some on the campus. Definitely not the case for Caltech, as much as I do love that school :p

By the way, on a nerdy note, am I the only one seriously excited for the New Horizons launch in 2 minutes? :D

Edit: OK, yeah, right after I post that, they abort. My inner nerd is effing ****ed.

And my outer nerd, too. Pretty much 90% of my personality in general.

haha, sounds pretty sweet. i would be excited, but too bad im not getting accepted. unless the adcom is on drugs.

Then you've heard wrong. In fact, this is one of the most laughable statements I've heard about any college in a long, long time. Most of the time, life for a pretty girl here is much more difficult than if she were unattractive.

And this last statement is just plain moronic. Do you seriously think that out of 300+ female undergraduates, you won't find a SINGLE hot one? Have you seen anywhere CLOSE to 300 current female Caltech undergraduates? How the hell can you say "definitely"?? I've lived here since late September, and have seen/met about 120 female undergrads.

Use your head please.
