"but there wasn't any nudity in the scene"

Why even post if you have NO IDEA what you are talking about. There IS FULL NUDITY in the sex scene(CJ is clothed, but the girlfriend is fully nude).

It's hard to discern what qualifies as "nudity" though. If I were to draw a crude cartoon sketch of what is a "nude" woman, would you consider that nudity? What about "nudity" on an NES? To adjudicate this I think courts use the Miller test, which calls for a "prurient interest." But even this is ambiguous and subjective--especially when it comes to video games.

Since I haven't seen the scene, I can't really decide. However, it seems that much of the stuff accessible on TV is more "prurient" than this is.

Rockstar could have been more open on the issue though.

Its definitely okay for people to see a movie/game with a gazillion murders, people drinking blood, and scantily clad women running and screaming from zombies.

BUT OH MY GOD! Does that movie/game have an exposed BOOB?!!?!? BURN THAT HEATHEN.

We're so much more sensitive about sex than violence. Which one is worse for society? Europe is the other way around, and I think they have it right.

Yeah, go Europe! :p
Games are far more likely to be banned over here for violence. Though it's rare that anything at all is banned completely.
Btw...if you're ever in France or Spain, there will be porn on terrestrial TV most evenings of the week... lol.

Yeah when my guard buddies were in Spain for 3 months they said there was 8 channels in the breakroom and 3 of them were hardcore porn. God bless the Europeans.
