Okay, this might sound too silly:p, but I was just wondering....

On the homepage of college confidential, there is a picture of a path leading to a door of a building, the path is lined with trees on both side, I hope you all must have noticed it!

To which college/university/institute does this picture belong to?

That looks strikingly smiliar to the default Windows XP wallpaper entitled "Autumn" but with a door added at the end. If that is a real college campus, it looks pretty, but your feet would most definitely get sore walking to class.

I compared the autumn wallpaper of windows with THE PICTURE of CC and found that THE PICTURE had trees which had thinner trunks than the ones in the wallpaper. So does this rule out the wallpaper?

lol...oh God...am I getting absolutely out of my head?? I shouldn't have started this thread at all... and now I am comparing tree widths in pictures>>>>>a pure sign of CC addiction..:p

It might be just the server that's in PA...
Look here - at the bottom it says College Confidential, Princeton, NJ.

hmmm... thats odd. I guess it could be located in princeton, but the whois contact address says PA. The Whois database says the server is located in VA, not PA.

You have to chuckle the futher down you get in this thread. Next thing you know someone is going to background check Roger Dooley and debate whether or not since he is from MD that CC is really in Terp country.
