The Prediction List

everyone keeps copying and posting on my unedited information....but I clearly edited it at the very beginning of the post...before people started copying and pasting. Gpa uw-3.92, w-4.45 Rank-16/555. NHS, spanish nhs, mu alpha theta, charter member ( first year member) of book club, charter member and treasurer of model un, school newspaper, math academic games....

not me either

omg. .. freakish.. you're obssessed with this mean prediction thing.. it's mean...

angelnikki1..eres hispanohablante?

BTW sorry freakish :)

AngelNikki1- 1510 (750M, 760V) SAT II-750US/760Wr/620Spanish ... Decent ECs: President of a service organization, write for a newspaper (circulation 70,000, sent a sample article), NHS, SHH, Dance, 200 or so hours of volunteer work, held down a job for 2 years. I think my recommendations are good, rank 27/540 in my class, 4.0 GPA, my essay may have been risky but I loved it...I think the only thing I might be lacking on is leadership. What may really hurt me is that I'm from the suburbs of Philly so there's a lot of really qualified applicants!!

If you had elaborated on your service organization, then I'm sure you have a chance. How strong is your school? I assume it's pretty strong, so your rank is pretty high. I wish people would post more info though like: #of APs, and whether they took the hardest course possible or not. It'd make it a lot easier to assess.

I'd say defer/accept. You look like the typical strong student. I hope you get accepted though.

Does your prediction change or stay the same, duskstamper, with the new info...and if it stays the same, why because the only thing you mentioned before was my "poor" gpa/rank?

estoy estudiando la idioma en mi escuela, pero yo soy una chica estupida en esta clase

freakish is just mad because u guys forgot to copy&paste his edited stats..u ruined his thread! hahah

I am "mad" lol. My edited and unedited stats give a completely different picture.

omg.. duck is not the authority on this..

ok this is meant to be just a comparison tool for when the real results come out.. lets not get bogged down on "analyzing" and what not.. cus at the end of the day we have no idea.. and we're not really in a good position to make judgements...

lets not get so worked up and obssessed about predictions..

Fine, whatever, you're all accepted. Don't bother me.

ooo yo tambien..estoy estudiando el (la?) nivel seis..buena suerte..espero que tu atendas esta universidad. use el subjuntivo! que inteligente..ja-ja-ja!

Thanks for the vote of confidence Duskstamper, you're my favorite person ever! LoL I took a rigorous course load but not the most rigorous, that's why my class rank is lower (it's weighted.) If I'd taken the Honors science track I would have been 1, but I hate science!! My school is in the top 20 of public schools in PA, though. I took AP US last year (5) and this year I have Psych, Spanish, English and World.

xox

ok and let's not speak spanish or whatever ur speaking here....

ja ja ja! AY DIOS MIO. El espanol es muy divertido

que significa el/la nivel seis?? no comprendo estos palabras....

Nuestras profesoras sentiria muy mal si ellos podra mirar eso porque nosotros no estamos usando accentos!

You know, it'd be a lot better if there was a standard

Ex:
SAT I:
SAT IIs:
UW GPA, W GPA:
How rigorous was the curriculum?:
Extracurriculars:
Community Service:
Recs:
Awards and Misc:
Legacy, URM, Geodiversity factors:

Ignore essays and interviews, it's hard to judge on the forums.

la nivel seis = level six! me ENCANTA espanol chicos, y es verdad, el usado de subjunctivo es muy hermoso... no me gusta esta (thread). ay de mi.

ok FINE! ignore me then..

i have no idea what you're saying...

si, es la verdad...
