Does anyone watch it when they're bored on their days off? It's a bit addicting.

I know its old people television, but the idea of yelling price predictions on a can of beans (or other products I'd never see myself buying) at the TV and then cursing off those who are completely off in their bids is enticing to me.

I blame the rampant American consumerism that has been ingrained in my head.

I don’t watch that particular show when I’m bored, but I do watch “fluff” on occasion when I don’t have much else to do. In fact, I enjoy doing it because it allows me to multitask. Since I don’t care about the plot/what’s going on, I can do math HW or something while watching.

I’m so glad you resurrected it, dear GrammerNazi, for otherwise, I would have never experienced the perspective-changing wonder of this thread’s content. Thank you so much.

No, I watch Jeopardy, if I`m very bored or have homework to do and want to multi-task. But I generally find the contestants to be annoying. Sorry GrammarNazi.
