Than the AP exam. Is this real life? Holy sht i'm so ****ed off right now.

I know!!! I used Princeton Review 2011 and the questions were 10x easier than the ones that showed up on the exam today. I did the 1999, 2002, and 2008 exams and those fell in the same range as PR.

Really? I didn’t think the MC was that bad. It was just when I got to the FRQ when I started panicking.

I totally agree that this years multiple choice + frq was more difficult than the 1994, 1999, 2002, and the 2008 released exams.

Do you guys agree that the curve will be much higher this year?

p.s.

Question 4… I got 1/3 of that correct.

SIGH

i don’t even remember question 4

I got 5’s on my practice tests and got a 10/10 on the 2007 acid base titration but freaking bomb it today. That think was sooo stupid. I really hope the curve is 50 = 5

I wish 50=5 too ender94… I really wish that haha…

That exam= game over.

hoping for a solid curve on that one…

I got mid to high 50’s on PR MC practice exams, but on the actual test, I feel like I got a 40/75 if I’m lucky!

The FRQs were definitely more difficult this year, but the net ionics were very easy. The MC was about the same as the practice tests I took; I took 2008, 2002, 1996, and the two Princeton Review Tests.

I guess Collegeboard was just trying to make up for the lack of a guessing penalty by making harder FRQs?

FRQs were terrible. I pray that Calc BC is not like this on Wednesday…

This seemed a lot harder, just in general, than the 2008 or 2002 test.
It might have been harder questions… or maybe just nerves? I think that might be it.

No, harder questions.

I pray that Physics C is not like this a week from now…

confettiflags i’m with you on the calc bc
MC today in my op was easy but the free response killed me i hope i could even get 50% of the free response right i think i may have a chance but it is close
hoping that the grading lines are adjusted

It wasn’t harder by much. IMO.

Totally agree. On all the practice free responses I’ve taken from past exams I could get at least most of the points on the questions, but today I was lucky if I understood 1/3 of them… I thought they weren’t really straightforward like usual

I feel like I got a good 50ish at minimum on the MC but the FRQ was just painful. I burned through the essays though and I feel like i got full credit for those but that’s just 30 percent of the frq. I didn’t go over electrochem or lab stuff which really got me on 2 and 3, and i didn’t get how pH is affected by mixing solutions together for 1c and 1d so i hope that curve points way up.

Overall though, I feel just great. I went over thermodynamics, acids and bases, equilibrium, and kinetics for the first time all on monday morning from midnight (self-studying) and I gotta say that pr knew pretty much exactly what was on the test and what wasn’t. I did thermo in 20 minutes, equilibrium in 3 hrs, most of acids and bases in 2 hrs and kinetics all day before midnight.

The first 3 questions on the multiple choice pretty much said “**** you, you didn’t prepare” to me.

Here’s hoping for a five, open to a four, and expecting a 3 :(
