I thought it was an amazing. However, the ending was a bit abrupt. But other than that minor detail, I loved the movie.

I was hoping to see some of their life after he was doing well financially.

I read an article on Chris Gardner and there were some inaccuracies in the movie which bugged me. For instance, I spent most of the movie thinking "What is he doing with his kid during the day?" "How is he paying for childcare if he's making no money?" Turns out there was a stipend with the training program so they had money for some things, just not quite enough to rent an apartment (not enough to come up with first, last and deposit, I'm sure) and he did have family in the area who took care of Chris Jr. The movie made it look like they had absolutely no family.

I really liked the movie, regardless.

I LOVE PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS!!!
i thought it was an amazing movie, maybe not an A+ for some people. I am very into true story movies, and stories about how hard it is to get what you want so i would give it an A++++. one of my favorite movies :D

I was wondering about what he was doing with the day-care situation.

Does anyone know how true the whole hippies stealing his machines thing was?
