<p>Since my college choices have basically gone down to Penn and UC Berk, I was happy to see the Eagles beat the Raiders a couple weeks ago. (Maybe a premonition?)</p>

<p>BreakorDeath, you're definitely not the only one. I've been looking for "signs" left and right. I've never been very superstitious, but I swear, everything i see has some connection to Penn. </p>
<p>The other day at the movie theater, a man wearing a Penn shirt walked in, and I was giddy with excitement, thinking this to be a sign. However, a few weeks ago, when I went to a teacher's room to ask for a rec and he wasn't there, I took it as a sign that I wouldn't get in:( </p>
<p>I'm freaking out and making everything I seem like a sign either for or against my getting into Penn, Lol</p>
<p>I sound pretty crazy right now, don't I? This is what weeks of sleep deprivation and a crazy desire to get into Penn does to you.</p>

<p>You guys I feel so strange & left out from everyone else in the world when it comes to college apps!! Everyone is attempting to get into an ivy or applying ED for some real reach school and I am applying to NYU Stern ED and though I LOOOOOOVE it personally, no one seems to have heard of it (like my friends and stuff) and they just think I'm weird, and I just feel like there is no love for Stern or school spirit :( :( :(</p>
