<p>Today, my son received a letter from the Center for Leadership and Involvement. The return address is the Red Gym on Langdon Street. I assume that its source is legitimate. In the letter, my son is asked a few questions that are intended to help him meet other students with similar interests. </p>

<p>From what I can gather, they are selling an album of new students. The cost is about $28. Is this for real? It this a worthwhile investment?</p>

<p>Not sure, but we chose not do this last year. Seemed like more of an ad/money maker than a useful tool for my student, but perhaps our impression was inaccurate. Others may have participated and been happy and had a positive experience. Not saying it is bad, just that we did not participate and did not seem to adversely affect his meeting tons of people.</p>
