The right school for me

I am currently a Senior enrolled in a Performing Arts High school. I plan on double majoring or major/minoring in college. I want to be practical as well as hold on to my passion; music. My overall is a 3.0 and I want to bring that up during this semester. I took the ACT and got a 19 the first time; I'm retaking that as well.

The type of person I am:
I am very outgoing. I love meeting new people and I am very respectful to adults. Most of the student faculty knew me by the end of my freshman year. I like getting good grades, and I recently learned a more proficient way to study in order to achieve higher grades. However, I was easily influenced by teachers, staff, and students when it came to my studies.

The type of UNIVERSITY I'm looking for:
One that is OPEN TO CREATIVE/UNIQUE PEOPLE- I despise judgmental people who are not excellent in their own craft. I like people who are themselves and don't have to hide. Of course, we are all self conscious at times, but I would like to feel accepted where I go.

One that has an excellent music program- I am a musician and want to take up music composition, music industry, or music education. I play 10 instruments, six of them proficiently and I sing as well. I feel I have a future in music.

One that has a good education program- my back up plan would either be Special Education or English Education. Both would involve me staying in school, however can be very rewarding because I want to see an all around improvement in our caliber of students.

One that offers scholarships- I'm going for several music scholarships as well as the ones I collect currently online.

One that has Greek Life- For years I was weary of Greek Life due to hazing, however, I've seen something amazing in a particular sorority that I plan on pursuing.

One that has sports- I want to play volley ball badly. I also want to learn archery.

One that isn't too racist- I'm African American, however I've called an "oreo" too many times to count. I understand that racism exists everywhere, but I want to be given a chance to prove that I can excel given the right tools.

One that has good food- the food doesn't have to be amazing, but I like to eat-although I stay in shape-and it's always fun to try new foods and good cooking. That was one of my favorite things about high school.

One that has decent dorms- I don't mind having a roommate, or dorm since that will be a requirement. I do, however, expect the dorms to have two different kinds of people depending on the college I go to.

I know I'm asking for a lot, but the main things I'm worried about are the top of my list. So please, if you can help, do so. I appreciate any comments, even ones that are saying i'm being too idealistic.

I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN GREEK LIFE. This a purely a religious reason that I am going to stand by.

What I mean by that is, If I’m only going to join a sorority because it’s fun, and not because I want to help people, then it should not be my main priority. I need to do proper research and understand what it stands for and what I stand for spiritually before I consider it. So the colleges you suggest DO NOT have to have Greek life. It is no longer a priority, although it could be.
