That is such a stereotype. Hahahaha. Earthquakes? Yeah, we get major earthquakes every few decades or so. And TORNADOES?! That's funny. There's never a tornado here. People like to associate us with wildfires and mudslides as well, which rarely occurs - and if it does, only in the summer and winter, respectively.</p>

<p>lol. I feel like Spring Break is longer every year. Maybe that's because summer break is longer this year too.</p>
<p>I'm so glad Duke classes start at the end of August rather than the end of September (like Stanford and some other universities). Otherwise summer vacation would seem like a drag.</p>
<p>Hmm....I think I wish that it would start later in September. It might be fun to be later....except your friends would all be gone lol.</p>
