The SAT retake: I or II?

I am currently signed up to retake my SAT reasoning tomorrow, but after getting my SAT II scores back yesterday, I decided to retake those.

Here are my scores: 800Cr 740M 750W for my SAT I (taken Jr. year), 720 latin 690 Math II and 670 literature subject tests.

Now, I think I could bring either my SAT I's or II's up by a decent margin on a retake tomorrow. The question is, which would benefit me more: and extra few points on the SAT I or on the subject tests? I think I would have a better chance of upping the subject scores (especially the lit, I just took too much time and didn't finish) than the SAT I's, but who knows.

And if I did retake my SAT I's, and the colleges I'm applying to take the best composite score, could I just take a breather on the critical reading bit?

Thanks for the help,
Henry

EDIT: The reaches I'm looking at include Stanford, Pomona, Emory, if that makes any difference.

that 2290 sub 2300 looks really bad at top colleges.

you should retake that it will really help.

btw, no brainer. SAT II's insert [face_plain]

Your SAT1 scores are fine for anywhere. Take the SAT2s.
