The Sat Writing Section

I am trying to study for the Sat Writing section this month but I am having a little trouble.

Well, to start off I got a 600 last time I took the sat. I would really like to get this up to at least a 700 but I am having difficulty. I read through all the rocket review rules but I still often get tripped up in the sentence correction questions. How should I study for the writing section?

I am not really worried about the essay but I want to get a much better multiple choice score. I have gone through 6 of the blue book tests and I feel like I am making some progress but there are a lot of things I just miss stupidly.

When I exhaust the materials in the blue book, do other books have comparable writing questions? I have many books including the barron's writing workbook, rocket review, grubers, my friend lent me his pr 11 tests, and the cb bb.

So to people who improved their writing score by a lot, what should I do??? Thanks!

Practice is all about quality not quantity.
The time it takes you to go over your answers should be the same if not more than the time it took you to take it.

Why? because it helps imprint rules into your head so the next time you see it, you'll be "Oh I remember that!"

thanks anhtimmy. Did you review every single question including the ones you got correct?

also, when u run out of tests, try to find a way to get old QAS tests.
dont waste ur time doing PR problems, its not gona help.

Yeah, review the ones you got right too.
It helps you learn why the other answer choices were grammatically correct.

So with each question, you should learn 5 things.
