<<chicago- grade="" deflation,="" overly="" intense="" students,="" not="" enough="" of="" a="" social="" life,="" the="" whole="" concept="" that="" i="" feel="" chicago="" engenders="" (if="" you="" want="" to="" be="" successful="" it="" means="" can't="" party="" really="" bothers="" me).="">>
I've grown up near the University of Chicago's main campus and would have loved to go there.
Unfortunately, I am sure that my test scores are too low for such an institution.</chicago->

PSU. And uh...Alaska Bible College (of which the acronym would be ABC).

Has nobody here mentioned the University of Phoenix, practically the world's greatest diploma mill?
Any university with Shaq as its most accomplished graduate may have some issues.

Shaq went to LSU...

He is noted for earning an MBA at the school, however.
Come to think of it, they may not even offer undergraduate educations there anymore.

oh and I'll add UCF to my list

I'd have to go with the University of Phoenix, ITT Tech, community colleges, junior colleges, technical colleges, any college in Texas or the south besides Texas A&M, any college on the West Coast...

Harvard, because my dad keeps pressuring me to like it and thinks I'll get in since they called my house once

Notre Dame, because my aunt and uncle have been trying to brainwash me to go there since I was a little kid

I guess I really woudn't want to go to Yale or Princeton either.

Notre Dame is another school i would never want to go to, or BYU, or Pepperdine, too religious

What a negative thread. Pretty much all large state schools are nixed on my list, as well as NYU, Columbia, and other intercity schools like Boston College, Temple, Drexel, etc.

Too bad BC isnt in the city...

Whoops, actually I meant Boston University...

Yeah...Not the same at all. Been there, done that. I'd rather go to Princeton :X

Rutgers. And anything overly conservative/religious.

Maybe Central Michigan University--it's a totally joke in China!!!!!

why all the hate for princeton?!? its absolutely beautiful and great for undergrads!

Rutgers. EW

THIS THREAD IS SOOO EEWWWEEYYm.

UCLA. I can see it from my house. Ick.

Most of them probably got rejected ;)

I gave reasons I would never go to Princeton. I don't doubt that it is beautiful and offers a stellar undergraduate education. However:

-it's still unfathomably boring
-it's self-centered to the point of being frightening (and depressing)
-eating clubs. I never thought I'd have anything good to say about frats, but compared to the eating clubs they are bastions of egalitarianism and openness.
-oh and it's in New Jersey
