<p>I apologize for sounding like such a typical high school senior, but I am currently going through the "OMG I know I am not getting into my dream school(s)..." premature depression phase. Are there any collegiate minds out there that can give me the honest truth about not getting into any of your top choices? </p>
<p>Where are you now, and how happy/sad are you? I have spoken to only two students who have gone through this... and one said they are not satisfied where they are now (which is actually a really prestigious private school) and the other one had nothing but great things to say about the in-state public she is at now. She even turned down Emory's offer to take her as a sophomore because she loves it there so much.</p>
