The Secondary Applications

The secondary applications are beginning to roll in for many of us including myself.
They are more specific and generally will ask why you would like to attend that particular medical school.

I would like this thread to be dedicated to finding inside resources on specific medical schools, their program, beliefs, affiliated hospitals and focuses. Any information that will better help us get to know the different medical schools in which we are applying so we can offer real reasons why their school may be a good fit for us.

The obvious start will be to view the MSAR and to have a look at each medical schools web site. The MSAR tends to be VERY general and not too usefull while the specific website tends to be lengthy and difficult to assess.

I am hoping some of you will be able to post better links to sites that offer in depth information about each medical school.

Thanks and good luck to everyone of us receiving the dreaded secondaries.

... I just used the schools' websites. It's not that hard to handle. Only certain information is relevant to "why do you want to come to our school" - you don't have to read everything about every hospital the school is affiliated with.
