Harvard SCEA! Less than 7 weeks til December 15. Crazy stuff...

Submitted to Cornell University College of Engineering, ED.

Sweeeeeeeeeet.

just submitted Part 1 of my app to Brown :D
->back to my essays->

Finished my Cornell app like 3 months ago
Haven't made a change since...

Finally clicked the damn button yesterday.

This is the most annoying feeling in the world, just like waiting for SAT scores but worse

^ well then you should see what waiting for your decision is like :P

Stanford SCEA!! Just did it...now for the other ones!:)

The wait is worse, at least 4-6 weeks. You'll start to see posts that will be a little obsessive, even from those who are usually not. Also, if you get a waitlist letter or are moved to the regular pool, you'll have to do it all over again, but with way more schools (and the wait is about 4 months).

My friends who are applying for 2007-2008 are starting to freak themselves out.

Boston University Early Decision: Applied
University of Massachusetts-Amherst Early Action: Applied
Indiana University-Bloomington: Applied
University of Pittsburgh: Applied

Done. Biotch. =D

A friend did:

Grinnell College (ED I)
Colorado College (EA)
University of the South (R)
Dickinson College (EA)
Centre College (EA)
Rhodes College (R)
Skidmore College (R)
Pitzer College (R)
Earlham College (EA)
Knox College (EA)
Goucher College (EA)
Butler University (EA)
Ohio Wesleyan University (EA)
University of the Pacific (EA)
University of San Diego (EA)
Oxford College of Emory (EA)
University of Wisconsin (R)

He is crazy...but the upside is he's almost done...has a few more schools, but WOW! I would not be able to do something like that. I guess the benefit of the Common Application is that you can do things more efficently.

I sent in my application to Purdue University and Indiana University-Bloomington three weeks ago and got my acceptance letter from Purdue last week!

Now, I have to finish my Johns Hopkins and U of Chicago ones.

Turned in my Penn ED apps last week!!!!! And yes, it does feel kinda weird when you now know that your future is in somebody else's hands. I'm sooooooo eager! Also turned in UMD-CP EA yesterday.

So jealous of you guys. =D Good luck to everyone!

Said bye to my University of Chicago app just 10 minutes ago... it feels good. Now to do the financial aid forms.

The CSS Profile, the school form, and the FAFSA are not going to be fun, that's for sure.

I did it! Princeton ED and U of Michigan rolling!
