Please tell me everything about the towers!!
Do they put freshman together?
Are the Towers much better than Neptune? (Putting Towers as first choice, Neptune for second)
Do you have to do a fall/spring/summer agreement or can you just do fall/spring?
If I start during summer b, can I live in the Towers? Should I live somewhere else for summer?
They try to put people who are in the same year together but there is no guarantee. I have never been to Neptune but I can tell you about Towers which is where I’m currently living.
I have a fall/spring/summer agreement but I’m pretty sure 2 semesters is also an option.
As this is my second semester in college and my first dorm experience I can say it’s been pretty good. The luxury of your own room/bathroom/queen size bed/kitchen cannot be overstated. The location is great, I’m near the football stadium, soccer pitch, and CFE, so if you like attending sports games it’s super convenient. I love Knights Plaza, it has food, a Barnes & Noble, a convenience store, and also an All Knight Study, which is soooo convenient for printing and studying at 3AM.
That being said, compared to off campus housing, Towers is overpriced. So for me, Towers was my way of having the freshman on campus experience, but in the Fall I will be moving to Knights Circle for the cheaper rent, amenities, and the 3/3 floorpan instead of the 4/2 I’m in now.
