<p>Hi, I'm having a hard time with envelopes right now.</p>
<p>So I thought it would be great to compile a list of things not to forget on our envelopes/forms:</p>

<li>Name of applicant</li>
<li>Address University</li>
</ul>
<p>Anything else?</p>

<p>SS # or other college specific identifier for applicant.</p>
<p>Isn't the SS # optional though? for some reasons, my parents don't want me to put it in when it's optional :(</p>
<p>Seems like all of my Ds schools required the SS # unless they gave you an ID # of their own. Perhaps this has changed, I hope so. I very much agree with your parents not to give out your SS # unless absolutely necessary.</p>
