<p>Thank you very much for making this thread. You cleared up some of my concerns for Newton. However, I heard there is essentially no partying whatsoever on Newton because everyone there is a freshman, which makes everyone there well under 21 and easy pickings for the BCPD. How accurate is this?</p>
