<p>Buses run in the snow albeit a bit delayed. The bus system basically never closes unless the school itself is shut down for a few hours.</p>
<p>Police enforcement is equally strong in both Upper and Newton; both have drive strips that allow BCPD easy access to patrol. The Mods is the universal location for partying, so both Newton and Upper students leave those areas to “party.” Newtonites have to be more creative than Upper kids at times, but both are equally lively on the weekends.</p>
