The UC System in 2016 v.Predictions

Two common uses for CCC's are for real estate licenses and nursing degrees. Many people have gotten solid jobs and careers with degrees from community colleges.

Ok sir, then tell me what is the most prominent feature of CCC's? For adults who are returning to college so they can get a career makeover? Or get business training? How come CCC's have priority over interUC transfers and Cal states? Because this is part of California's public school system and that CCC's are made specifically for transferring. We get priority over everyone else because this is pretty much our last resort or another chance if you did really bad in HS.

I haven't seen the stats regarding transfer students declining, but it also depends on your location I guess. "Feeder" school or not, if the student is dedicated and motivated enough, he or she can still transfer.

And you still have not answered my question. Are you or were you once a CCC student? Or are you just another one of those bitter students who get into their desired colleges right off the bat out of HS. It is true that most students who get into UC's right out of HS will look down on CCC students, but you need to know that I've spoken with the honors director at UCLA and she said that not surprisingly, her best honor students are CCC transfer students. In addition to that, whats the big deal with rates declining or not? I tend to think of students who give up a direct UC admission to go to CCC is someone of guts to try new things. I can relate that parents are definitely not going to let their children take the risk of going to the CCC route, but the truth of the matter is CCC is slowly becoming more and more popular and more HS students are becoming more informed about the "other" way of getting into UC's or CSU's.

dude, many hot babes doin real estate>>makes me wanna go buy a house, ya feel me?

gabe is a ccc student, well, for another week, that is.

then he's moving on to the big world of CAL!!

too bad there won't be any bangin babes for him to get his mind of that mind-**** major he wants to call philosophy.

i'm just playin man, please don't hurt me.

hah, I actually think Berkeley has a ton of smart, attractive brunette girls.

you mean there are lots of asians.

and there are no hot bangin blondes. dude, you need blondes!

And how are your conclusions not based on biased, qualitative, subjective, misguided evidence?

Oh and WHO CARES?? I don't even care anymore. I actually hope next years applicant pool is smaller so it'll help everyone who is planning to transfer next year.

There will always be hot and attractive girls on any campus. Just join a Frat or know some1 who can take u into their parties and you will be fine.

Uh, by using statistical information that covers the entire system.

If trends continue it will be (if you are talking about ccc transfer applicants), with Berkeley being the exception.

I'm sure they will be out there recruiting during welcome week.

You can always rush as a junior. The only part that will suck is that you will be taking orders from sophomores and even freshmen who have seniority over you. If you want to join a frat, rush during the 1st quarter or ASAP so you can become a big bro by the time 3rd quarter rolls around. That way, you won't be *****ed around anymore

should i wear my pimp/playa outfit?

G1a2b3e, do you have any records or stats showing that it has been steadily declining over the years? Like it said, there is always going to be a 2 year turn around period because of many factors such as work and having to take remedial classes so if your stats only show 2 consecutive years declining, that doesnt mean anything. Go show me a 5 year long decline.

And no, don't wear a pimp outfit. At least not until your first pimps and hoes partyyy =] =] =]

hey gabe, what is your ethnicity? just curious.

so no pimp outfit? alright, i guess i'll just wear my hot pink lacoste shirt--popped collar all the way.

Cant go wrong with kanye westttttttt

perhaps ill even see you in the fall of 07' when i transfer and rush for a frat. asian frat though
