I e-mailed and thought it might help some people.

Q: On my FAFSA, I indicated that I was going to live off-campus, but I am thinking about the possibility of on-campus housing. Should I correct my FAFSA to say on-campus housing? Thank you.

A:You do not need to adjust your housing status on your FAFSA. If and when you are assigned on-campus housing, at that time you would want to submit a Housing Adjustment Form with our office in order to update your housing status. The Housing Adjustment Form can be obtained at UCLA Financial Aid Office | CAL GRANTS | LOANS | WORK STUDY | SCHOLARSHIP | PELL GRANTS.
