you might want to go through the list and delete items that you’ve repeated.

it’s DUCT tape, not DUCK tape.

Those space-saving hangers would be really handy.
instead of a folding chair, I would bring a soft, comfy moveable one. the same concept as a beanbag, but not because it’s against the fire codes.
also lamps. a floor lamp and a bedside (maybe lava. those are cool)

I’m just going to buy most of everything there. :D

same here. especially decor, since you and your roomate should compromise on that.

Duct not Duck… I never knew that…

Oh sorry about that! I didn’t make the list(Used one from last year).

NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF A LIST! You will probably forget something… I love seeing what people think of that I don’t. Like somebody last year at a camp got a pack of like some harry potter joke candies… It was really intense.(They “exploded” in your mouth… It was delicious)

wow, now that I think about it…i’m gonna need most of that stuff.

im stealling ur list cuz i dont wanna make my own :(

All of the above + maybe sleeping bag
When I go hiking or camping up in the mountains, I’ll definately need it! :D

Oh minus- the rain boots - I don’t have any anyway.
I’m going to stock up on the stamps and envelopes.

I’m calling the school stores to see what they offer… I mean they offer some stuff near cost. Stamps and envelopes are super cheap. I’m worrying that I’ll have too many things to ship… I’m looking for ways to get stuff when I’m there.

Halt! - many thing on the above list are prohibited by school-specific policy or local fire/health code, both of which can be amazingly brutal. Check with your specific school

Referring to previous posts of vetted lists are better then referring to this unvetted one.

so school’s don’t send you a supply list or anything along those lines?
eek… this is going to take up a lot of my time but it’ll be worth it
i’m super excited!!

I got a basic supply list. Not very descriptive, just very basic with the necessities.

Do all schools require you to pay for using the washing/drying machine? 1$ per batch?
Do you guys share batches with friends or something?

Some do a flat charge of around $600. You just have to check the packet… I know that some people will get their clothes dry cleaned(not all schools offer that).

Wow you look at that list and you say, “Nobody seriously needs all that stuff.” Then you look closer at the list and realize you need every single thing.

do you really need a personal printer? Doesn’t the school offer that?

Probably not required… But I have seen a mini printer that seemed like a great deal(prints like 10 pages in 20 seconds and seems to be a great idea).

I bought a new, mini printer for dorm room simplicity for 13.99.

Of course I did not buy it from the retailer…

By those for boarding school. It would be funny since Harry Potter went to a boarding school… Ok, it’s not that funny, but you get my point.

Haha Don’t forget the Frisbee  Ultimate Frisbee is great if you find any free time xD I have two myself :stuck_out_tongue:
I just noticed this makes me sound like I’m in boarding school now (which I’m not) sooooo, now I have to print this list and time to go shopping xD --over summer break-- I’m such a slacker. :D
