The War on Terror will never end.

"What we have in this point of history is the climax of US intervention in the Middle East (and NO, this didnt start 5 years ago, try 40)."

Mr. Chipset, in no way did I ever say the US is the savior of the world. Rather, I pointed out that we as a nation are at war with other nations. To expect me to say that our country should lose, or is on the wrong side well, that's upsurd. When people declare that I am evil and that I should die without having even met me, I can't declare that I am safe.

Having said that, I don't condone killing people. War is not the answer. But again, when it's me (or rather the US) against a sector of the world, I'm going to go head and support the home team.

And yes, there are many terrorists in this world that deserve to be jailed forever, but at the moment, Muslim extremists are the number one concern.

And yes, Black mamba, you are right. Naming someone a terrorist is totally a two-sided deal. They are terrorists, we are terrorists. No biggy. The thing is, I dont see western civilizations killing innocent people (specifically, using bombs and mass executions) with intent.

Please dear God let the Democrats, or at least somebody competent, take the presidency in '08.

"Please dear God let the Democrats, or at least somebody competent, take the presidency in '08."

Wow, a Democrat praying... that's a rare sight nowadays! ;)

"Wow, a Democrat praying... that's a rare sight nowadays! "

Good laugh^

Political liberalism does not imply atheism. That's a sorry consequence of the religious right trying to mix crosses with american flags. Sigh.

Watch "loose change" the documentary on 9/11 on google video or youtube. It will make the government conspiracy theories more realistic.

I refuse to believe those theories about the government being behind the 9/11 attacks. That's just ridiculous. Oh well. This is what living in America means, I guess.

Wow people praying these days? Are you people just from the south or a bunch of christians (more like most of them) who love to see Jesus dead rather than alive?

However, if you're downright secular and just practice for the sake of not making waves, at least you're in the right direction.

Also, Pakistan is an enemy in all regards. It's obvious what they're doing: handing over an "occasional terrorist" while still maintaining their hateful anti-american radicals; this way they can hate america and still be in good terms with it. Bush will never see this, but he's prone to this ineptness: NCLB, the stem cell veto, and the various NIH funding cuts are fresh in my mind.

That said, I always wanted to work for the feds regardless of what party is in charge. It would be a totally ballin' experience. I would have voted for Bush over Kerry, and I thnk he's a funny guy, so it's not like I dislike the president at all; I just disagree with some of his actions.

Is that you bendrum? I see you're taking words out of my mouth. It seems you fail to see my reconciliatory efforts, just like you fail to see the stupidity of your beloved show :D

OVB, I'd love to talk to you, honestly:

Pakistan, the state, is not our "enemy" at least in the sense you describe it is. Pakistan, or I should say the leaders the U.S. recognizes, are far too weak to exert authority over the proxy-Taliban. That is the whole problem with these so-called "terrorists" (I hate the word) or extremist groups, they are not part of any clearly defined state, like parasites, they thrive in diplomatically weak nations such as Lebanon. They have no demarcations lines, there are no borders to cross. This is the problem in fighting terrorism, it inherently involves three parties, not two.

Anyway, yes the stem-cell veto was a terrible mistake on Bush's part.

So, before I think to great of you, you are a Democrat right? I don't like to fraternize with the enemy.
And the SATC is an amazing show, I wouldn't be talking, the star of your show ran away to Africa. I'll admit, he was funny.

Actually, you cannot trust that musharraf is against the taliban. He's not even a democratically elected leader, he can do what he wants. Bin Laden is probably hiding in "the land of the pure" while musharraf continues to toy with Bush43.

Good point, but, he would have more reason to be afriad of the Taliban than the other way around. Answer the above question.

I'm not a democrat you stupid SATC lover. I hate the liberals (i.e., the ganga smoking hippies) who ruin the party, just as I hate the pompous cigar chugging conservatives in the republican party.

I'm just a hybrid conservative, you'll know what I mean if you have any intelligence to figure out what that entails.

Of course chappelle ran away to africa. If you were a black actor who made a living exposing the idiosyncracies of white america and a white stagecrew guy started cracking up at your skit during the taping, your mind would be screwed up too; the doubt in your mind would make you say (this really happened) "I need some ****ing time off". Now, going to Africa...that's his choice.

SATC is awful. If there really was an active God, wouldn't he have everyone involved in its production struck dead?

Why would he fear the taliban? They're his buds. The afghanis hated the taliban...who supported them? Look to the right on a map of Asia. Bingo.

The worst part is Paki-Americans believe they are in the right and have very violent (the kids in my school are at least) personalities. It seems like the only thing that unifies them is their religion, and they follow it so devoutly that a joke made at the expense of Allah/Muhammad would drive them ballistic. (Meanwhile, every other religion is made fun of everyday)

But I digress. Most un-informed Americans will believe anything they hear without thinking the issue through completely. Look on the brightside bendrum: you're in the majority, so you're safe and hence considered a "true American patriot"

You're an arrogant jerk. Yes, that is exactly what the conservatives have done with "liberal" these days, it's worse than being labeled a child molestor. I would call myself a liberal Dem, but do I smoke pot? No. I love the way you throw generalizations out like that.

I know the story about Chappelle, your point is?

And SATC is not awful, honestly, I'm not going to argue with you anymore about that because you've only seen one show. I think you should step down from your pedestol.

LOL this is hilarious.

I would have guessed from your views that you were a diehard conservative. I might have misdefined "liberal" previously. It's the social liberals that aggravate me (pot smoking, alcohol consuming, narcotic consuming).

The point about chappelle is that you were obviously trying to knock him for having a breakdown of epic proportions.

You don't have to argue with me. You choose to respond to my posts. I'm not on any pedestal either; but how can I expect to take you seriously when your idea of a joke is an "advice rights" war with mikenthemaddog?

Idk, if you think I'm arrogant because of words I type on cyberspace, that's great for you. I will wake up in the morning and not even care about your comments, nor should you care for mine.

OVB-

1.) This isn't really very funny.
2.) When people say "liberals" they usually are referring to the political ones. Be more specific in your diction
3.) I like to argue so I'm going to argue with you becuase you say things I just can not sit here and read. It all started with SATC and then I learned there was more. And usually when someone calls me stupid repeatedly, or at least uses words to that affect, I feel compelled to respond, at least for my own dignity.
4.) Yes miken and I were involved in a big of a tussle. You say "war" ? There was no war. It just took some understanding on his part.
5.) Okay? You can wake up in the morning? But you're here now, so...? I don't understand the point of your last sentence?

Okay. Let me go more slowly. I am going to bed in 5 minutes. I will wake up at 11 AM. I will forget this feud or at least not care about it. I had the same run-ins with stuck-on-1700 and now we're on decent terms.

Oh, and there is no need to defend your dignity on an online profile. You can call me arrogant, like you have, and I just brush it off. If you take this same tactic then we have a stalemate and no one wins, and the status quo is restored.

OVB- grrr.
Stuck is very nice and decent and just wants to find girls for his horny Egyptian friends.
No, I can not brush this off.
