<p>It says one to three paragraphs, and I have four (although one is real short). It is all real useful information, and naturally it sounds better in four paragraphs. However should I make it into three so I am not disregarding what they say, or is that ok to do. Thanks.</p>

<p>Yeah I actually had the same problem last year…it said 1-2 paragraphs, and I had 3. I ended up condensing it into 2 even though it sounded a lot better as 3.</p>

<p>I had the same issue–I feared they might get annoyed that I completely disregarded their instructions. I guess, I’d say if it doesn’t sound too terrible as 3 pararaphs, then make it 3, and just work on writing a good transition paragraph to make the squising together seem less awkward.</p>

<p>I think the guideline is there so you don’t write way too much. I read 1-3 paragraphs as 1/2 - 1 page, not necessarily exactly three line breaks and indentations.</p>
