I'm looking for an easy diversity class. Can anyone tell me which one is easier or give me info on the professors and courses? I know that Mitchell teaches theater and Golant does geography. I already went on the ratemyprofessor site and I'm just looking for more opinions. Thanks!

I dont know about Social Geography but Theater Appreciation is great. I had it last semester and it was pretty easy and fun. A lot people said that the class was a lot easier before Mitchell took over and that is kinda true. Mitchell gives you a 10 question quiz every week on a play you’re supposed to read which is not that hard to do. Also you have to go see 3 plays throughout the semester and write a 2 page paper about each of them. You also have to do two projects which are very simple. Overall the class does require a bit of work but compared to all the other classes that will pile the work on you, this course is pretty easy.

One of my favorite electives at UF was Physical Geography with professor Mossa.
