Theatre Groups at These Colleges?

I'm a senior applying for college primarily as a statistics/math and English major, with a possibility of minoring in theatre. Even though I'm not sure if my academic life will involve theatre, I most definitely want to be involved in an extracurricular theatre group. I am an experienced stage manager and SM my high school plays and musicals, as well as work as a stage manager for a summer repertory theatre. Any information about the theatre groups at any of the following colleges would be helpful, specifically the level of activity, if they accept student stage managers, and if they accept non-theatre majors.

Harvard University
Yale University
Williams College
University of Rochester
Boston University
Worcester Polytechnic Institute
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
Rochester Institute of Technology

Thanks! :)

You forgot Brown…excellent for all that. One of the best applied math programs in the country.

Brown most certainly is, but when I visited, there was something about the campus feel that didn’t really work with me… I’m extremely liberal so it’s nothing political, but I just felt like I didn’t really fit in. Not sure, exactly. Brown is the perfect choice for many students and is obviously a great school, just not for me. Thanks for your suggestion, though!

Boston University has the option of minoring in theater, and it also has a very active theater group, Stage Troupe, for non-theater majors. They put on, IMHO, very good productions throughout the year.
Good luck!
