<p>I filled out the application and it is NOT sending. When I click "send to TO" it keeps loading and ends up going to a "This Page Cannot be Found." HELP?</p>
<p>That’s what’s happening to me too. 
For me, it just loads up forever…never finishing.</p>
<p>Hmm, I haven’t tried submitting mine yet, but maybe that’s happening because everyone is trying to submit it at the same time? You still have the rest of tonight and tomorrow by 12 to submit it, so I wouldn’t worry.</p>
<p>Another question about the app! How strict is the priority deadline? If I submitted mine March 16 or something, would I still hear back in mid-April?</p>
<p>Whoo it works now! I just submitted it. (USC recommends not using Chrome when submitting the app) </p>
