<p>Hey, so I got an invite to apply to the thematic option, and I was just wondering if anyone had an idea of the acceptance rate for people who were invited.</p>
<p>Well… it USED to be that they had 200 spots and about 200 invited admitees applied and nearly all were accepted. Then a bunch of us moms and students on the forum talked and talked about how GREAT TO is, and lots more applied (sorry 'bout that 
). Last year there were reports of many who were refused the program. My wild guess based on absolutely nothing other than the reports last year is that ~60 or ~70 percent are accepted into TO. Someone should start a survey thread to find out - I love those!</p>

i met the requirements, and my friends have received e-mails, but i haven’t heard back at all…
and i got a trustee scholarship too! :(</p>

<p>Rejected for TO. I will not be going to USC – TO was the only reason I wanted to go there. Will turn now to my East Coast choices.</p>
