<p>No, it is not too late…the first deadline was March 15th (extended to March 17th because of a computer issue)…and those applicants are supposed to find out today if they were accepted. But…go to the USC website Thematic Options. Those who got Presidential and Trustee invites were also invited to apply to TO but…anyone can apply. They do like high SAT in CR and W and also high GPA (on the website it says the ave. GPA is 4.0…my guess is if that is ave. then it must be weighted!)…</p>
