Theology Classes in College Admissions

When schools recalculate GPAs, do they take out theology classes? My UW GPA with my required theology classes is a 3.83, but without them it’s a 3.79.

I don’t know how colleges typically view theology classes, but at one point my theology class was one of my hardest classes. I’m guessing they view them as easy and tend to take them out. If so, do y’all think they’ll note that because they were required, that took away the opportunity for me to take another AP? We have to take 1 for the whole year every year.

I don’t know if this makes a difference, but I’m mostly asking about ivies and other top-tier schools like Northwestern and Johns Hopkins. I know Georgetown is a Jesuit school, but I’ve heard the adcom at GU is very secular and doesn’t really factor in religious things (although I have seen jesuit schools get come favoritism it seems, haha).

Also, how do you think they view a 3.79 (UW) versus 3.8 (UW) ? Although students with 3.7s do get admitted, I know it’s better to be in the 3.85+ range (not to mention the endless amounts of perfectly qualified applicants they get with 4.0s).

Thanks!
