nope nevermind

so looks like those who werent asked for mid-term grades were accepted…

darn, looks like they skipped over the people who changed dates in the middle of february
Ugh

well, its possible that they just sent their midyears so they didn;t have to ask, but were going to anyway. don’t lose hope guys!! u are all more than qualified!

i was in prelim review since 12/19 and changed on 3/7 also!

and date changed to 3/10 all just like kaorj!

this site makes me too anxious

oooo nave, looks like ur in good shape then maybe. mine was in prelim since 1/11 and changed to in review on 3/7 BUT the date still stayed at 1/11..so idk

yeah I submitted midyears voluntarily. im not sure if I would have been asked

I too was prelim 12/19 and changed 3/7 (or 3/3, whenever that big update was), and now mine changed to 3/14, here’s hoping…

is it possible that the people that go their packets today were all special school applications? I saw there was one music and maybe one for film, I can’t remember. That would be bad news for my son but does anyone know if that is a possibility? Also, on last years thread I saw there was someone from film that got in on the 16th…around the same date as this batch.

my status changed on 3/7 but the date still didnt change. it still says 1/8
does this mean im most likely rejected since ppl who got their status changed at this time also had their date changed?

elisaxbanana just got accepted and she was asked for her midyears..if i’m correct, this is how her status changes went…

“we have received grades” since early feb (2/5 i think) to “in review” on 3/12, and then she got her acceptance letter today. I THINK

and she’s socal too i think

I got in and here’s my story:

Mine was in “we have received…” from feb 5th until LAST week 3/12, and I got admitted today, 3/15.

I applied to Anneberg school of communications.

and yes i was asked for mid-years.

–edit

^ haha gbv13 got it correct. and yes i’m socal.

Did the others accepted today have the status “we have received” at some time? And were they all special supplement applicants? Like Southernbelle to the music school and now elisaxbanana to Anneberg? Are there others also?

also, congrats to you elisaxbanana!

OK, can we use elisaxbanana’s case to put an end to this theory? Just like any theory, even a single data point that conflicts with the model kills the theory.

Die “Theory on the Statuses (Formulated by Quixotic Rick and I)”, die. No offense meant to the authors, we have all been wrong at one time or another in our lives :-)

Well, technically it’s not wrong yet, haha; this wave is the special programs kids.

nope… Nhsharvard got into CAS today as undecided. see the other thread.

No special program kid here. My d was accepted as undecided. Her application changed from ‘preliminary review’ to ‘being reviewed by admissions committee’ approx. March 6. The date didn’t update until March 10. FYI…status still says ‘being reviewed by admissions…’. No mid-year grade request, no ‘you’re not a scholarship recipient’ letter, either. Mid-year grades were sent when they were available even though they weren’t requested. Hope this helps everyone who is still awaiting a decision, and best of luck to you all!

EDITED TO ADD: letter of acceptance is dated 3/11. Postdate is 3/13. Rec’d package 3/15. Lastly, financial aid has not been updated with tax returns, etc. in last several weeks.

forget it i’m over this. rejection pile 3/28 class of 2012

I’m feeling a rejection here too guys
If February people are not getting accepted, it would seem sensible that its a rejection since they’ve already moved on to the March people.
