There seems to be a problem

Well, I was in the band program at my school and was in the band, jazz band, and symphony orchestra. However, I couldn't stand the teacher anymore since I felt she was unfairly picking on me and consequently I did not treat her with too much respect since "you get what you give." Furthermore, I emailed my admissions counselor and asked her if it was alright to drop a single band class with an F and she said not to worry about it, as long as it didn't prevent you from graduating. Well, when I go and drop the class, the teacher forces me to drop all 3 since it's apparently her program and she can do what she wants. So now I have 3 F's on my transcript in 3 band classes. Then I get notified of this and then when I called the Cornell admissions office they said "oh no you are not allowed to have any F's at all or your acceptance can be rescinded." This is curious because I had the email saying that I didn't need to worry about any classes that were not academic (band clearly wasn't) as long as it didn't keep me from graduating. Of course, I would have never even thought about dropping if I had known that my admission would be in jeopardy. On top of that, I'm pretty sure the teacher hates me and so does the administration since they side with the teachers and thus can write about my "bad character" and "disrespect" when Cornell investigates it. My other grades have not changed at all since my application as ED. I'm just ****ed as hell right now at this entire situation that could have been resolved in a much better fashion.

I would explain your dilemma to cornell. Anyway, isn't it unfair that your teacher would give you 3 Fs? Did you do horribly in all three of the classes?

No, I only was "disrespectful" (which I will not deny, because I feel she had never treated me with respect, and respect isn't free). Plus that's the dumb policy at my school to drop with an F after a set number of weeks. My biggest concern is that the teacher could get the administrator (one of them at least) to say that I'm a bad student and not admirable etc. etc. and trash my character which apparently is a major factor. Sigh..

explain the (bad) situation to cornell

Cornell would rescind if they were academics, but if its 3 bands and you say it's because you dropped after deadline, not because you didn't work, they will probably take a different outlook.

If your teacher got a supervisor to write a letter trashing your character, I'm sure you could get counter-letters from (a) senior teacher(s) as a testament to your good nature.
