There's something about B+'s that

p i s s me off. Grr.

I know, they’re good grades, no one will deny that, but they are just not good enough. Just got a B+ in Latin 102 today…

I know, especially in bio 1b! It makes me feel like “damn if only I got a few more points I could have gone from 3.3 to 3.7 ahhhh” =/

omg calbear me too!! hated that class and really really hate seeing the B+ next to it :(

B+'s are the worst!!! Especially if you get an 89%. FUU.

Between a 3.3 or a 3.7, a B+ is a huge difference from an A-, and that is on purpose. A B+ exists to tell you to be happy for not getting a flat 3.0.

Then again, I did not get many As as a student.

It also tells you to be angry because you didn’t get a 3.7…especially when your grade is 89.4%.

psych 2? lol

I’m soooo nervous. If I get a B+ in Chem 3B I’m gonna have a nervous breakdown.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAaAaAaAaaAaAaAaAAaAaAaAaAaaAaAaaAaAaAaAaAaAAaAaAaAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhHhHhHhhHhHhHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhHhHhHhHhhHhH

when is 3B and 3BL coming out!?!?!?!?!?!

The good thing is that B+ are no longer considered B’s. Imagine a 3.0 instead of a 3.3? haha.

i don’t know but i’m going to have to smash some glass if i get a B+ in 3BL. are grades adjusted at all in that class or is it really just that point system? because thats SO NOT FAIR why terence choy why why whyyy ugh.

it’s adjusted for sure, an ex-GSI for the Chem 3 series told me

I feel the same way about a-. It is there just to tell you that your 93.4 is not good enough to be a 4.0

feel you, non-conformist here.

I’m waiting for someone to explain how an A means you just weren’t good enough to pull off the coveted A+

it would be more coveted and worth it if the A+ was worth more than 4.0

What would it be worth? 4.3? 4.4? haha.

A+s aren’t worth anything special, that’s the problem. I’ve got a few A+s (Classics 10B, IB 24, Latin 1, IB 166) and they don’t do anything special for your GPA. You do a lot better than everyone else and get no rewards.

Many private schools give out 4.3’s for A+'s. Unfortunately, Berkeley does not :(
